Copywight, Health and Saftey - Childrens Drama

"Producers should ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that persons working with and for them are not exposed to risks to their health and safety. An example of what may be considered reasonably practicable
would be if location filming was taking place in a warehouse with poor lighting. It would be appropriate to
ensure that extra lighting is used and that all sharp or otherwise hazardous equipment is made safe."

This is for any sort of film making, so it applies to children’s drama as well but if children are involved extra precaution has to be taken as they might not be that responsible and if filming on location or even on a set they could get themselves hurt by tripping over wires, picking up sharp objects and if there was poor lighting they could walk into something.

Got the information from:

Copyright
In this episode they use a song by Blondie that is a popular song and is used a lot in films, it sounds like they did a cover of it and if they did they would have to get permission from the cover and the original artist. They also have some classical music and some western that would need permission to play in this episode. There is no product placement at all in this episod and any logos have been covered like the on the drums.
